Transportation Operations Coordinator Jobs

Previous knowledge or experience of leading in a safety-focused environment preferred.

Establish productivity goals where needed, ensure adherence to operating standards, and manage labor hours and expenses closely.

Optimize our business by creating, modifying, and improving routes to maximize efficiency.

Experience in transportation operations, operational financial controls/budgeting, and cost-savings generation/management is required

Oversee specified transportation services, including freight management, strategic transportation analysis, compliance, claims, freight payment, import/export services, and deviations.

Foster strong learning agility, elevating analytical skills to adopt to new techniques/technology.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field is preferred

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience required

Knowledge of SAP, TMS, Transportation Visibility solutions or other controlling systems related is preferred

Experience with Wrike or other project management software preferred.

Provides guidance and operates areas of improvement as it relates to Parking and Traffic Management.

Collaborates with local authorities and Levi’s Stadium event personnel regarding parking & transportation management & operations.

Provides oversight and management of the Transportation Management Operations Plan (TMOP).

Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice to help others develop their skills and abilities.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.

Demonstrated knowledge of Transportation Operations and Supply Chain Management through work experience or education

Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for a major in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

5-7 years of experience in a Transportation Analyst, Manager or related role

Utilize carrier performance reports to identify service trends negatively impacting the customer experience. Implement changes where necessary

Create, manage, interpret monthly Activity Reports to drive cost down

Develop, manage and maintain the FTL and LTL transportation budget for In-Clinic Distribution division

At least two years of operations management in a service and/or transportation industry.

Salary: $75,000.00 to $110,000.00 / year

Manage interactions and partnerships with customers and stakeholders including Manufacturing, Warehouses, Customer Service and Planning, Co-Packing team, and KDP Suppliers

Manage multiple modes of Transportation (one-way truckload, LTL, Intermodal)

Operational and P&L accountability for Warehouse Direct (WD) and Beverage Concentrate (BC) purchased Transportation Operations.

3+ years of people management and development experience
