Training Development Specilist Jobs

Post-secondary education in business, computers or banking & insurance

3 - 5 years of experience in retail banking to include deposits, new accounts, lending etc. preferably at Adirondack Bank

Prior experience conducting one on one training, mentoring and/or coaching

10.Possess knowledge of applicable consumer compliance regulations as well as policies and procedures of Adirondack Bank.

Experience planning and project management skills

Demonstrated skill in change leadership, knowledge of change management best practices

Partners with Knowledge Management when appropriate for tools, resources, and guidance

Develops the training program framework working with Distribution Training Leadership and Management

Virtual and face-to-face classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to management and leadership when necessary

Brings proven ability to manage time in ways that ensures effective management and execution of competing priorities

Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, instructional design and interactive eLearning software (e.g. Articulate 360) preferred.

Effective time management; maximizes productivity.

Collaborates and Cooperates with Team: Commits to and supports a collaborative and high-performing working environment with peers and managers.

Strong foundation in adult learning theory, and experience with advanced learning methodologies and technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
