Communication: To proficiently and tactfully exchange and interpret information verbally and in writing, facilitate, persuade and complete presentations.

Graduation from a four-year college or university with major in business or public adminis­tration or a closely related field;

BS/AS Degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or equivalent financial experience

Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers;

Manage loan portfolio with attention to performance, renewals, exceptions, past dues, etc.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all loan products as well as other bank lending services;

JOB TITLE: Assistant Client Manager

REPORTS TO: Team Manager / Operations Support Supervisor

· Attend various monthly division meetings when the meetings pertain to the assistant client manager role.

· Prepare open enrollment presentation materials such as benefit guides and gather necessary documents from carriers.
