Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field

Ten years related experience in Site Merchandising, eCommerce, Merchandising, or related field

Masters Degree in Business or related field

This role will report directly to the eCommerce Marketing Manager.

Gain an understanding of site merchandising best practices including product launch strategy, product set up, category assignments, badging etc.

Participate in cross-functional meetings with the marketing and creative teams to get a better understanding of full e-commerce process

Taxonomy Optimization: Manage Header Fly out, Left Hand Navigation; work with SEO and UX team to develop best practices.

Drive Affiliate & SEM results through weekly submissions of top performing offers.

Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required

Product Detail Page Optimization, Size & Fit Information, Attribution, Tagging, Page layout, Images, Reviews and CGC Optimization.

Experience working with Content Management systems, Web Analytics Tools, especially GA, and an understanding of trends and technologies within E-commerce.

Ability to communicate with Senior Management, business users and technical developers

Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize product assortment and improve customer experience.

Advocate for the customers, always focusing on their needs and potential benefits

Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce merchandising preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment

Ability to translate merchandising needs into technical and business requirements, understand technology dependencies, and discuss technical trade-offs

Resolve small to mid sized back-end issues related to item set up in a content management system.

Be able to conceptualize, build, and maintain backend shelf pages, optimizing experiences for discoverability and SEO.

Manage back linking between pages and coordination for SEO optimized copy blocks and hyperlinks.

Build and optimize the pages for multiple merchandising departments and seasonal campaigns.

Merchandising, Reset or Retail experience preferred

Effective customer relations skills meant to deliver exceptional service at all times

Must be willing to complete pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and/or Customer specific Certification program
