Shipping And Inventory Coordinator Jobs

Three years of shipping/receiving/purchasing work experience or equivalent experience

Pick warehouse items and deliver to/appropriately allocate for internal departments as ordered

Ensure that all internal preparations and outgoing shipments are properly labeled and that correlating documents are available with each shipment

Arrange for a carrier vehicle or pick-up where necessary

Record damaged or defective items and replace them according to company policies

Responsible to maintain FIFO inventory rotation

Manage the purchase order process, including appropriate documentation and approval; resolve related issues.

Manage and monitor inventory levels to minimize inventory value and holding costs while ensuring necessary part availability.

Manage vendor relationships and support development of new vendors as required.

Manage the shipping and receiving process.

Experience with purchasing electrical, mechanical, and optical device materials.

Associate’s or Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience desired.

Use of Transportation Management System (TMS) and reporting

Additional assignments as deemed necessary by management

Manage bin locations in SAP

Manage in plant transfers and transfers to other DAI warehouses

Create and manage reports in Excel

Manage and track non-stock inventory in warehouse
