Minimum of 15 years of management experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Finance

Understands contract management and ability to execute complicated contracts with the support of the legal team

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field. Master’s Degree or MBA strongly preferred

Master communicator to be able to outline vision, implement strategy and sell to the broader organization

Manage KPIs and scorecards of suppliers, and manage corrective action plans as needed

Completes KPI reporting and collaborated with Production, Planning, Receiving and Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Quality, Finance, and New Product Development teams

5+ years of experience in Planning or Procurement in an ISO manufacturing environment

Experience with Oracle, Baxter, Kinaxis, or related ERP

Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports to further overall team development and success

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives surrounding the areas quality, risk mitigation, supply chain, Oracle and Agile systems

Manage the day-to-day operations of the procurement function, including purchase order processing, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Strong understanding of procurement practices and procedures, including purchase orders, contract management, and vendor evaluation

Managing requisitions through the procurement flow and providing timely communication with business stakeholders for an effective and seamless experience

7+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a medium sized business environment

Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships

Develop and implement performance management programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

15+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

10+ years of relevant experience within procurement, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity.

Implement best practices in supplier management and procurement to support operational objectives.

Develop performance metrics to manage spend across the Company.

Experience with key categories of direct and indirect spending including data, technology, hardware, software and professional services.

Excellent communication skills at all levels, both externally and internally.

Job Duties include the following:

Maintain knowledge of solar economic market trends, local market policies, general industry costs and key industry players

5+ years of experience working either in a solar or commercial electrician vendor relations/estimator role

Experience in business development is a plus

College degree or technical related degree or 10+ years of experience

Establish and enhance relationships with Tier 1 solar module manufacturers, inverters, racking and major electrical equipment
