Senior Director Of Project Development Jobs

Assign appropriate Project Management Staff in association with the Operations Manager and Regional Vice President.

Project Management, Quality Review and Project Close-Out; responsible for ensuring that Projects achieve budget and profitability objectives. This includes:

Monitor and evaluate Project Management and Superintendent Staff assignments.

Ensure Project Management staff is trained according to Wells and Wells guidelines.

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or something similar

Project Director is the primary client contact for the relationship to manage client expectations.

Engage in community outreach and stakeholder management activities

1-3 years experience in renewable energy project development or similar renewables experience

Strong knowledge of ARCGis Software

Proficient in Microsoft Office software with strong Excel skills

Identify and oversee the development of utility-scale wind, solar and BESS projects by creating project maps and databases using GIS tools

Conduct land, market, regulatory, and related project research

2 or more years of experience in direct supervision role

Experience in and/or direct familiarity with capital campaigns, annual giving, and planned giving

Assist in meeting and surpassing unit goals for the College of Arts & Sciences Advancement Office

Provide strategic leadership towards the development efforts for the college, including identifying, cultivating, strategizing, soliciting, negotiating, and stewarding donor prospects.

Secure and maintain significant funding and prospect portfolio for the College

Ability and background in management of teams 5+

~10 years of experience in Renewables (solar experience is required)

Experience developing large utility scale solar projects from greenfield to NTP
