Understanding local, state, and federal permitting requirements.

Leading local community engagement and advocating project benefits.

Minimum of 5 years' land use permitting experience with at least 3 years in solar development.

Strong knowledge of state and federal permitting processes.

Excellent communication skills, capable of summarizing and presenting macro plans.

Overseeing site analysis, survey, and preliminary design for entitlements.

Manage and maintain good communication across team members, leadership and stakeholders across multiple business units

Requirements for This Role Include

Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in transition programs from carrier to a TPA

Life Insurance experience a must

Proven experience in as Business Architect for large programs

Knowledge of Agile methodology or Scrum framework

Collaborate with population health and program managers to review financial and operational performance of network participants.

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with diverse populations

Prepare and monitor action plans for financial and operational improvement of network participants.

Assist with data analysis of potential network participants.

Analyze and improve operational processes for collection and maintenance of network and physician data.

Someone with an undergraduate degree, an impressive background of academic and professional achievement, 10 years of renewable energy development experience

Intellectually curious individuals with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical horsepower, and excellent organizational skills.

Work with a team of other developers in a dynamic and agile organization

As a Director of Project Development you will:

Base salaries up to $200k plus bonuses

Present and maintain development plans to senior management and executive committee teams

7 years of wind development experience in ERCOT

Demonstrated working experience managing stakeholders, SME's and cross functional teams

Ambitious, flexible and entrepreneurial - prior experience helping to build out a business unity is a huge plus!

Remote/Hybrid - Austin, Boston, Chicago

Oversee projects from site selection through the start of Constuction

Ability and background in management of teams 5+

~10 years of experience in Renewables (solar experience is required)

Experience developing large utility scale solar projects from greenfield to NTP
