Sustains a high level of product knowledge and product preparation.

Preferred 1 -2 years grocery retail experience in Grocery department processes and procedures.

Manage and Direct all project responsibilities, work directly with Owners, architects, subcontractors, and engineers

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures

Commercial, Grocery Store, Retail Construction Experience

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills

Create Contracts and Create and Maintain Strong Subcontractor Relationships

Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle a diverse crew in a highly stressful environment

Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies

The Deli Clerk is an hourly position

Assist guests with locating items on or off the sales floor

Receives, prepares and fulfills guest orders and other special requests

Provides excellent guest services by professionally answering Deli Department telephone

Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and sanitize work area (including tables, floor, walls, cases, cooler, freezer, etc.).

Keep sales and work area swept clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards; report hazards to management.

Other duties assigned by management.

Notify grocery manager of potential shrink problems (damaged or missing merchandise), out-of-stock items on shelf, potential security problems, and customer requests/complaints.

Must be 16 years of age; (18 to use compactor)

Complete training in the grocery operation.

Ability to prioritize work load and have sense of urgency.
