Oversees implementation of data management systems/platforms

Ensures study objectives are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with protocol requirements, clinical research regulations, and quality standards.

Supports, trains, and manages internal team members.

Understands the type/quality of data needed from a clinical trial and how it should be managed and presented.

Clinical licensure, experience or certification may be required due to grant funding requirements

Medical coding and billing knowledge/experience and financial experience.

Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail and scheduling applications.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Ability to travel within the Intermountain system and work from different locations as assigned. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Conference room booking, lunch orders, visitor management

Monitor and maintain tracking tools, clinical systems and shared document repositories utilized for project management

Post high school education in life sciences or medical training preferred

Experience in clinical research, specifically early phase studies, preferred

Document creation / editing / QC

Create and enter data/information into SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.

Co-leads overall management tasks of the project led by Fellow;

Supports Fellow in the design, establishment, and management of the Innovative Pedagogies Network;

Coordinates with internal colleagues from finance, development, and communications departments;

Provides primary administrative support and coordinates the planning, execution, and follow-up related to virtual and/or in-person meetings and workshops;

Engages in multi-language translation and interpretation when applicable

Drafts key takeaway notes from virtual and/or in-person meetings and workshops, for review by the Fellow;

Demonstrated time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.

Previous experience in the education sector and a basic understanding of commonly used terms in education.

A bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in project or event coordination.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Previous experience with Box, Smartsheet, and/or Microsoft Teams/Zoom.

Previous experience managing calendars and travel bookings for corporate executives.

Knowledge and experience related to implementing learning health systems and quality improvement cycles.

Make modifications as needed to RedCap and other data entry systems in order to improve usability and analytical effectiveness.

Master's in relevant field AND 1 year of relevant experience OR

Equivalent combination of training and experience

Experience collaboratively designing and implementing metrics and data systems with non-academic partners.

Experience with cleaning and visualizing data

Experience in the development of grant proposals and management of grants.

Inform upper management on the current status of all project tasks.

Assists in the development of grant proposals and management of grants
