Prepares patients for therapy treatment.

Assists in administering prescribed modality treatments such as hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, heat therapy and spinal traction

Assists patients in the performance of specified exercises under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

Assists patient in the use of assistive devices such as crutches, cane and walker. Assist in patient mobility transfers.

Measures and fits patients with assistive device such as crutches and walkers, etc.

Experience in health-care industry and/or customer service preferred

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapist/assistant during administration of treatments.

Provides routine physical therapy treatments.

Assists patients in practicing exercises and functional activities under the direction of licensed staff.

Transports patients to and from treatment area.

Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.

Current NC Certified Nursing I Certification required

Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.

Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.

Perform clerical duties to maintain an organized healthcare facility.

Coordinate clinical education for physical therapy professional students.

Minimum of 3 years of rehabilitation experience in Occupational or Physical Therapy.

Experience with mobility assessment including wheelchair seating and equipment and assistive devices.

Chief Nursing Officer, Cumberland Medical Center

Must have at least 1 to 3 years' experience in hospital finance/accounting.

Bachelor of Business Administration with major in Accounting or Finance required; Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. MBA preferred.

Audit, tax or consulting experience with an accounting firm in the candidate's earlier career

Knowledge of basic first aid

Completing make ready turns to prepare vacant apartments for move-in using a punch list. (Drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, light electrical, etc)

Installing floors/Tile - i.e., hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl plank, carpet, and sheet vinyl

Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

Frequently move construction equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across job sites for various needs

Regularly work in indoor/outdoor weather conditions
