Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Oversee the onboarding and training of a local activation manager who will execute grassroots activation within territory (if applicable)

5+ years of related marketing and promotional experience required

CPG experience required, beverage industry experience preferred

Large and Small Format Retail experience preferred

Experience and understanding of consumer promotions and field-based events

Working knowledge of Americas international transportation air, ocean, and other modes of transportation, as well as regional regulatory requirements

High business acumen with carrier management, rate negotiation and carrier/fleet scorecards.

Minimum two (2) years TMS experience

Minimum five (5) years compliance experience.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Excel skills highly desired
