Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Retail Management

Support and advise the DSOs on operations and management development training, and provide overall direction to improve team and individual development

Previous P&L responsibility and a record of success in financial and people management

Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures

Monitor store KPIs and assist franchise owners in developing long range goals and objectives

Assure appropriate execution of national and store marketing, merchandising, and commercial sales efforts

Perform other job-related functions as assigned by Sr Logistic Manager

2+ years Experience in CBP transactions including bond issuance and closure, Preferred

Remote – must live on East Coast

Coordinate and prepare the necessary documentation and custom forms for the efficient and lawful execution of all import/export activities

Liaise with other departments and warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities

Verify and issue delivery orders to airlines, ocean carriers and custom brokers for international shipments

Must possess excellent relationship management skills, with a high level of customer service orientation.

Update and submit relocation benefit spreadsheet to ensure timely & accurate payout and provide relocation reports as needed for business functions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Partner with assigned recruiters on requisition and approval path creation (typically bulk creation).

Assist recruiters with their recruiting efforts as requested (phone screen, pre-qualify candidates).

Schedule/coordinate high volume of interviews.
