Effectively applies Project Management methodology.

Manages a global group of Project Managers to ensure execution of all company initiatives.

Manages resources in conjunction with functional managers, production, and sub-contractors.

Effectively manages project risk through mitigation planning

This position contains supervisory responsibilities

Onboard and train all new employees in the Project Management department, including new hires and internal transfers.

Create training tools and SOPs and revising them when required, while updating the department with changes and training as needed.

Partner with head of GCO Project Management on Annual Planning team.

Associate Director- Project Management, Planning and Operations

10+ years experience in a project management capacity

Establish a Project Management Office

Identify and manage project risks using collective experience of the team and leadership

Leverage leading project management tools and methodologies to improve team execution and collaboration (i.e. JIRA ticketing system, Monday.com, etc.)

Mentor other project management professionals in the organization.

Develop project plans including defining the project goals and objectives, activities, milestones, costs of project, equipment, and other resource requirements

Perform overall project risk and issue management, with detailed tracking as well as mitigation planning.

Create and manage integrated project schedules for the state contract work, as well as individual schedules to guide each state’s implementation.

Provide project planning, including scheduling and resource requirements.

Maintain documentation of contract requirements.

10+ years of experience in R&D/Innovation/commercial Portfolio and project management and/or similar roles.

Project Management Certification (PMP) required

Portfolio Management Oversee the Global Portfolio for Innovation projects, measuring financial delivery, portfolio risks, resources management, and key project KPI’s.

Project Management Act as Project Manager for Innovation big bets projects (L1-L3) through the project management/stage-gate process.

Risk Management Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and proactively address challenges to ensure delivery of projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage stakeholders effectively.

7 + years experience with upstream project development or project management

Proven experience delivering completed new- build projects for energy organizations (molecule experience preferable)

Capably outline and discuss the procurement and sale of molecules with internal finance team

Support financial modeling of projects and prepare IC materials

Facilitate and lead feasibility analyses, engineering and site design, project legal review, procurement, contracting, permitting and interconnect activities and financial negotiations

Lead the negotiation of agreements for consultants and contractors

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

Work with your team to ensure the development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Should have good working knowledge of all areas of development – including CMC, non-clinical, clinical, project management and regulatory functions

5+ years’ experience in project management, leading multi-disciplinary project teams through the various phases of product development is preferred

Will effectively communicate project status to management and provide resolution of project issues.

Proficiency of regulatory development requirements in the US along with working knowledge for the RoW development

Expertise in the application of project management software (e.g. MS Project) and in the use of the project/portfolio management systems required

10 years of financial services project management experience

Highly knowledgeable and effective at utilizing project management tools to track project performance and schedules

Demonstrated use of best practices in project management methodologies, procedures, communication frameworks and specific project management and data visualization tools

Excellent relationship management aptitude and attitude

Responsible for a portfolio of accounts and associated programs acting as a delivery lead and an overall Project Management department leader

Enforce project standards and business management systems

Collaborate with senior management to establish project goals, timelines, and budget parameters.
