Project Hr Generalist Jobs

Demonstrated abilities in project management and planning skills.

2+ years of proven experience in project/program management or M&A, 4+ years of overall HR experience.

Change management and communications experience

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.

Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear and tasks are assigned correctly

Experience partnering with a wide network of clients across Human Resources globally to deliver effective business solutions

Excellent organization and coordination skills

Professional and confident communication abilities

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage conflicting priorities

Supporting the Americas EDI lead with executing a phased approach to launch the ambition

Assisting with operationalizing events hosted by campus recruitment and other new initiatives

Deep knowledge of Project Management as demonstrated through 1-2 years of focused project management experience

Implements project management processes and tools for the HR function (e.g., escalations, status reports, project charters)

Acts as coordination body for escalation of project status/issues to the Strategic Portfolio Management Officer Manager and HR Leadership Team

Conducts project management activities such as status tracking, budget management, and resource management

Trains HR resources playing a project management role for smaller projects outside of the Project Manager role scope

Bachelors degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university. Combination of experience and education will be considered

Knowledge of Project Management as demonstrated through 1-2 years of focused project management experience

Financial management, budget control and reporting expertise

3-5 years of related experience.

Demonstrated planning and organization skills

Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee multiple HR projects concurrently

Strong written and verbal communication skills
