Program Implementation Advisor Jobs

Manage initiatives or activities for the D&I program as needed to address PCORI or program priorities.

Professional experience in health care delivery settings is desirable. Professional experience in program evaluation or related quantitative analysis is also desirable.

Play a central role on the D&I funding team:

Represent PCORI externally and the D&I Program internally.

Collaborate with D&I program staff at all levels; work with other PCORI colleagues as appropriate.

Experience in program management and evaluation

Experience with Data Analytics and EMR and RHIO platforms

Comfort with tasking team members to achieve high quality outcomes for patients and meet programmatic requirements.

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation

Demonstrates agility and change management skills in support of the portfolio

Conducts gap analysis of requirements and develop work plans to address and resolve issues.

Oversee the implementation life-cycle for new and existing clinical innovative programs from development through implementation, business planning and financial performance

Evaluates and monitor ongoing program performance against desired results and recommend improvements to ensure successful implementation and execution of programs

Supports strategic initiatives for implementation of enterprise and pilot clinical initiatives for the health plan

Assists in the identification of leading indicators to assess potential ROI

Strong project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, responsibilities, and competing priorities.

Seven to ten years of Executive-level leadership and management experience with significant supervisory duties and responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; organizational and time management, delegation and follow-up skills.

Manage the child identification and selection process, including developing and sustaining a robust, formalized process, and training and supervising process participants.

Collaborate with and benefit from National team resources.

Strategic planning and budgeting skills.
