Production Assembly Technician Jobs

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Inventory and manage parts using MRP software

$ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour

First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm )

Electrical Mechanical performance assembly operations components

Follow verbal and written instructions

Follow all safety, quality and production procedures.

Teamwork effort and involvement in order to meet production goals.

Review stock and raw material and check MacOps screen in KIWI. Check attachments print card, die cut diagram (if applicable)

Check raw materials including incoming sheets, ink, and tooling per job instructions. Notifies supervisor if any materials are out of specification

Verifies and assures die cuts / print plate are in good shape before and after running.

Set-up needed equipment and machine. Runs tests to assure parts meet MacOps specs and foldability. Making necessary adjustments.

Communicate and work well with the store management & staff

Keeping work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free for all team members

Report on issues, malfunction, missing, or defective parts

Check-in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.

Reports and communicates effectively to the Area Manager.

Provide quality assembly and repair of products and merchandise, using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.

Generate and complete invoices daily.

Maintains a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a clean build area.

Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Experience in assembling mechanical and electrical components required

Carry out general assembly procedures using work instructions or drawings in a climate-controlled environment

Double-check work and correct any assembly issues

Read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Work with various hand tools

Must have a High School Education or Equivalent

Prep, cook, and package all cannabis infused edibles products.

Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area.

Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed.

Keep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product.

Awareness and adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and QA regulations.

Ability to exercise judgment and time management skills in completing recurring assignments independently.

The Production Technician Must Have The Following Skills/abilities

Understanding of computers for IP configuration with 2 years’ directly related work experience preferred.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Licensing of Product: Licenses Products per the Sales Order.

SalesForce Documentation: Adds notes and closing cases in SalesForce when working with Customer Support product.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand assembly requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus

Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role, preferably in a fabrication or engineering environment

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Competitive compensation at $25-35/hr commensurate with experience

Responsible for the management and integrity of data collection in your area

To support operations functions (Harvest) processes, materials and supplies in the field and be able to manage crews and crew leaders.

Responsible to advice managers for any disciplinary actions.

Responsible for enforcing systems, policies, and procedures in your area of responsibilities.

Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; in your area of responsibilities.

Give harvest scheduling to your manager and assigning personnel to accomplish the work as required

Producing a reliable supply of high-quality seed by executing production plant tasks assigned by Plant Management.

Experience or generalist knowledge of working in Agriculture/Seed Industry preferred

Organize, perform, and lead in assigned departments to ensure all required processes, procedures and production requirements are met.

Position will take on several roles based upon field production practices, plant processing requirements and distribution needs.

Assist with field mapping and isolation documentation requirements

Must be forklift certified, or willing to obtain certification. (On-Site Training provided)

Be able to operate all proper tooling and other equipment as specified to fulfill basic job requirements.

Continually strive to improve in all aspects of job requirements.

Job duties may require a minimum amount of crawling.

Willingness to take direction from area supervision to complete orders in a timely manner

Be capable of reading work orders and understanding technical documents required by the job an assembler.

Have the ability and desire to become efficient with mechanical equipment, learn all aspects of job as required.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Mechanical Assembly

Periodically required to lift/move equipment up to and including 50 pounds

Review and comment on engineering design drawings for metal, system overviews, assembly, and procedures

Assemble hardware kits and equipment for use by the Navy. The technician shall assemble components for Vertical Launch System cabinets

Document work according to standardized quality assurance (QA) process and be able to make process improvement suggestions

Visual inspection of products under a microscope and cataloging results

1 year minimum experience in a high capacity manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to use small hand and power tools, previous experience with PC-based testing equipment is preferred.

Separate and scrape material in order to recover viable product.

Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions

Select proper materials to complete standard work.

Use designated inspection equipment to inspect completed work.
