Job Description
Since 1984, the Valley Packaging Division has been providing our customers with quality, service, performance, and innovation. With our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and our in-house design staff, we can handle all customer corrugated packaging needs.


To safely and efficinetly set-up. run and clean up the stackers, conveyors and other equipment. Also, to be an additional team player on machine.


  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through a "clean as you go attitude."
  • Enter data in MacOps and QCS icons on every order. Notifies supervisor if first run is present.
  • 6 month in production environment, preferably in corrugated box plant.
  • Follow all safety, quality and production procedures.
  • Computer knowledge preferred
  • Check raw materials including incoming sheets, ink, and tooling per job instructions. Notifies supervisor if any materials are out of specification
  • Set-up needed equipment and machine. Runs tests to assure parts meet MacOps specs and foldability. Making necessary adjustments.
  • Verifies and assures die cuts / print plate are in good shape before and after running.
  • Teamwork effort and involvement in order to meet production goals.
  • Ensures line clearance functions have been performed before start-up of next order.
  • Runs order, verifies quality through-out the run and overall quality of the unit. Also ensures the hand stacked units meet all requirements.
  • Perform ink and viscosity checks hourly and per every order.
  • Apply appropriate WIP or load tags, inspects and removes miscellaneous scrap and send to the bander
  • Review stock and raw material and check MacOps screen in KIWI. Check attachments print card, die cut diagram (if applicable)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Able to communicate with team members
