Process Excellence Analyst Jobs

Identification of both near-term and long-term strategic reengineering opportunities that span customer experience, operational processes, digitization, automation, and risk management practices

Broad, multidisciplinary stakeholder management (including ELT members)

Deployment of human-centered experience and end-to-end process assessments

Design of experience, process and technology-driven solutions using contemporary problem-solving techniques

Bachelor’s degree and related field experience required

15+ years leadership level experience with a background in operational excellence, Lean, process reengineering and/or large-scale transformation

Three years of professional experience to include process review, policy development and research identification and development of performance metrics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Reviews and documents departmental policies, processes and workflows. Recommends process improvements and coordinates approval and implementation process.

On a regular basis, reviews and updates departmental policies, procedures and guidelines.

Assists policy owners and other stakeholders in assessing policy needs.

Good planning, analytical, time management and organizational skills

Financial management exposure, awareness, and strong acumen

Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, preferably in the biopharma industry

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization; excellent presentation skills, both material creation and delivery

Strong problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills; ability to implement decisions quickly

Demonstrated experience in developing, aligning, socializing, monitoring, adapting, and delivering strategies in dynamic, rapidly changing environments

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading teams across multiple locations and departments.

Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where operations are critical to the success of the business.

Adept at communicating complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership, stakeholders, and other team members.

Influence decision-making processes through effective communication, strategic thinking, and data-driven analysis.

Developing and implementing operational processes and systems that align with the company's strategic goals and vision.

Managing and providing leadership to the teams under his/her direction:

Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results on time.

Create and analyze metrics to measure process performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to management.

Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, manage project timelines, and ensure successful implementation of changes.

3+ years of experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, and Six Sigma.

Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify root causes, propose effective solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt are strongly preferred.

Ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experience

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and lean application background experience (e.g. TPM, 6S, Black Belt)

Redesign non-added value work processes, making sure individuals are fully capable of managing new processes in their daily routines

Interpersonal savvy – Relates well to all kinds of people in the organization; builds and leverages relationships; effectively diffuses high-tension situations

Perseverance – Pursues tasks with energy, and a drive to finish; does not give up until task is complete

Experience in high profile, high visibility HR roles with heavy executive- level interface and influence

Experience working in a large U.S. based, matrixed organization

LEAN methodology experience, both in production and office environments

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities to develop solutions to complex problems.

Works closely with Sales counterparts and assist with efforts to maximize sales through efficient supply chain offerings

Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a supply chain related field

ERP system experience preferred- SAP ideal

Excellent interpersonal skills to work productively in a highly cross-functional environment.
