Manager Of Business Process Excellence

Porpuse:

Business Process Excellence Owner will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of operational processes within an organization. Will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze existing processes, and design and implement process optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in process improvement methodologies, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on new or improved processes and ensure consistent adherence to established procedures.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, and continuously improve processes.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify pain points, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for proposed process changes.
• Map out current operational processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and create detailed process maps for each department or function within the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, manage project timelines, and ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
• Create and analyze metrics to measure process performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to management.

Requirements:

• Proficient in data analysis, able to collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify root causes, propose effective solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English languages, able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results on time.
• Proven track record of delivering results through process improvement initiatives, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt are strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus, and inspire others to embrace change.
