Conduct analysis with area Management, support staff and Material Control to design and maintain part presentation requirements and procedures.

Conduct analysis with area Management and support staff to establish and maintain daily work activities.

Support area Management in generating orders/requests for Tooling including management of tool priorities.

Perform audit of co-workers output based on defined requirements and procedures. Must demonstrate knowledge of IE policies and procedures.

Must be knowledgeable about Engineering configuration requirements, tooling, quality control, plant safety, blueprint reading, and shop math.

Development and maintain Tool Box requirements and contents to include tool control, FOD prevention measures tool requirements matched to area tasks.

Follows the Quality Management System requirements as outlined in the applicable QMS documents; and suggests ways for continual improvement.

Knowledge of the principles of ergonomics, constraint management and visual pull.

Minimum 5 + years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.

SAP experience - routings, new product introduction, engineering changes, labor cost, absorption.

Previous exposure to Lean Manufacturing environment. A plus if have experience in the application and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Knowledge of products produced in the value stream and costs related to the value stream processes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Facilitate and/or support evaluations of package systems to ensure compliance with Federal, US and International safety and quality standards.

Develop package testing protocols, test acceptance criteria, and analyzes results.

Create packaging component specifications and drawings for procurement and inspection of packaging components.

Facilitate packaging design reviews with cross-functional teams.

Research, develop and validate packaging process equipment/tooling/fixturing and related documentation to support manufacturing.

Utilize process improvement experience to quantitatively assess current facilities and business system performance.

Collaborate with supply chain, finance, manufacturing and operations to understand current processes and identify bottlenecks.

You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

You have a minimum of 5 years experience in data analytics.

You have a strong knowledge of engineering principles, mathematics and lean manufacturing.

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or in an analytical discipline or equivalent experience

Basic skills in Publix Warehouse Management and/or Transportation Management systems

Basic skills in Database Management Systems (DB2, Informix, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Cloud, and ODBC Connectivity)

Good organizational and time management skills

One year of IT or business systems support experience

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience/training of work measurement methodologies and tools with an emphasis on time studies

Development and maintenance of accurate and effective engineered standards through time and frequency studies conducted in the facilities.

Analysis, implementation, documentation and audits of enhancements to existing work methods, flows, and processes to increase throughout.

Experience defining roadmaps and writing market & product requirement documents.

Deeply analyze the competitive landscape- roadmaps, specifications for competing technologies and the pros/cons vs. Samsung’s offerings.

Define technology portfolio and roadmaps for Samsung advanced packaging offerings.

Specify technical requirements for each packaging technology with market needs and future insight.

Semiconductor packaging experience in and engineering, marketing, or product planning function at a leading IDM, foundry, OSAT or fabless product company.

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods): craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules, and safety required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Research and resolve conflicts and errors in design/drawings for crafts installing material to ensure they comply with codes and specifications.

Verify quantity tracking data and measure productivity.

Interpret production goals from work packages to ensure daily communication of productivity goals is understood by crews executing the work.

Track progress of the major Vendors and Subcontractors to ensure that materials are manufactured and delivered.

ISO Lead Auditor certification with knowledge of 9001, 14001 & 45001

Collaborate with teams ensuring designs are implemented, verified, and validated according to systems requirements and safety targets.

4+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Safety Engineer or similar role

Critical thinking and observation skills

Evaluate equipment schematics assessing if in compliance with OSHA regulations, other applicable safety regulations and Ericsson specifications.

Conduct research to evaluate safety levels for manufacturing equipment.

Support analysis with area Management, support staff, and Material Control to design and maintain part presentation requirements and procedures.

Warehouse Engineering: Functional experience with Product Slotting, Distribution Center MHE, Studying Labor Standards (time studies), Distribution Layouts (AUTO-CAD)

Knowledgeable in modeling heuristics, best practices, and effective solutions from within the industry or derived from other industries

Design, develop and implement scalable models to capture actionable opportunities targeting reduction in OPEX cost and optimizing distribution needs.

Drive data driven communication across different Honeywell businesses such as PMT, HBT, Aero and SPS to develop global optimization strategies.

Use SQL and R/Python to perform data pull and analyze distribution business trends driving key business decisions.

Simulate and conduct sensitivity analysis to stress test existing DC operations and future models to identify operational bottlenecks and risks

1-3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good verbal and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently.

Verify or modify work orders and report variances.

Set-up part numbers and manufacturing standards based on estimated and/or previous history.

Provide support with layout, design, improvement, and implementation that enables our sites to achieve peak performance

Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects for the customer

Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements

Establish and maintain process cycle times and labor routings for different departments.

Assist with leading LEAN activity kaizen projects and Gemba walks

Maintain and update plant master layout as new equipment is added or production lines moved

Review and analyze existing production lines for best use of operators using standard work, operator-in-motion, etc.

Resolve in depth manufacturing throughput issues such as bottleneck process identification, time studies, process flow improvements.

Prepare plans, schedules and budgets for manufacturing engineering tasks.

Evaluate forklift truck and driver utilization and recommend truck assignment & driver manning optimization changes to production department management

Solid Industrial Engineering skills, including material flow, process flow, and time & motion study.

Strong math skills and understanding of statistics.

Provides industrial engineering consultation in support of operational and productivity improvements.

Maintain an accurate capacity planning model.

Hold plant layout reviews with production area owners

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience

Engineering, Manufacturing and Industrial experience or 10 years experience in manufacturing planning role.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Develops and trains team members with department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and ensures regular audits for the maintenance of such procedures

Integrate Safety, Material Handling, Ergo, Process & Plant Operation request into plant AutoCAD layout

Maintaining and updating AutoCAD layouts for supported operations

Assisting business development activities as needed by developing a complete cost model based on information from a RFP

Must have strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills

Materials management support for MTO plants

Must be able to work well in teams with sales, product management, and operations.

5+ years of experience preferred.
