Drive and improve the account and partner development and management process and program, including enhancing and expanding the partner network

Engage with strategic direct accounts on up to a C-level and drive key account management

Overcomes sales objections. Closes the "Sale" with final goal of creating a satisfied customer.

Experience in Agile Model of Project Management with solid practical knowledge in handling PI Planning and execution from customer perspective

Hands on experience in Project Management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA.

Scope Change Management – Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to define the scope and manage further changes to scope

Issue, Threats, and Risk Management – Proactive identification of issues, define mitigation/resolution strategy and coordination of its execution

Create, manage and negotiate different contracts/SoWs with the client.

1-3 years’ management experience a plus

Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants on time, as well as manage delinquencies.

Report emergencies to the Supervisor immediately, as well as report all maintenance requirements for unit upkeep, unit turns, and more.

Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants.

Knowledge of rental contracts and property and local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Previous Project Management or Site Management experience

Understands, monitors, and manages the project scope for potential deviations.

Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers

Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Distech, Niagara, Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation) is a plus.

Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Establishes detailed project schedule with specific detail to commissioning activities and carefully monitors project for completion.

5+ years sales experience, 2-year minimum hotel sales experience preferred\

Understanding/knowledge of computers and Microsoft office\

Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts\

Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry

2+ years prior Property Management experience.

Property Management software experience required. RealPage experience a plus.
