Review and validate configuration and logistics data hosted in the Navy’s Configuration and Data Management Database – Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)

Must have Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Level I and II certification. Prior military experience is also a plus

Conduct RCM analyses and update existing Maintenance Index Pages and Maintenance Requirements Cards using Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) editing software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Participate in Supportability Integrated Product Teams

Develop/review Provisioning Technical Data using the Interactive Computer-Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS)

Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Develop and edit PowerPoint briefings using ERP / NEPS and financial data involving advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, additional relevant experience may be considered.

Understanding and knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.

Knowledge of onsite and offsite transportation requirements, including over the road shipping

Experience with ERP systems for receiving and inventory

Knowledge of DOT regulations and CFR (code of federal regulations)

Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, etc.

Responsible for the transport coordination of our flight hardware and support equipment necessary to ensure safe and successful launches

Coordinate the transport readiness of transport equipment, including providing direction to transport technicians as necessary

Knowledge of the Navy Working Capital fund including requirements planning, budgeting and execution.

Experience working with industry and organic service providers to deliver complex, critical systems and material support to the warfighter.

Demonstrated competence in wholesale and retail support strategies for complex supply chains in support of a worldwide operation.

Alignment with the Clyde Establishment Management Plan (EMP).

Management of dependencies across stakeholders and industry partners.

Management of HMNB Clyde Intelligent Customer cohort for support arrangements.

Data exploitation to inform better perform management and Decider function.

Establish an Intelligent Customer (IC) function and skillset for support capability.

Ensuring greater coherence and improved information flow between Clyde LOTs and the broader stakeholder community.

Perform various tasks related to the planning, development, implementation and management of a comprehensive, affordable and effective systems support strategy.

HSD/GED, twenty (20) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.

Assist in producing or reviewing documents for program office use that support the breadth of acquisition and sustainment logistics efforts.

U.S. Citizenship required; Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the required level

PQS 301 qualification is required.

Perform comprehensive equipment and system level maintenance on any of the following Navy Combat Weapons Systems:

Guns Weapons Systems MK-160 Mod 14 (MK 34 Mod 7),

Guns Weapons System MK-160 Mod 15 (MK 34 Mod 6)

Guns Weapons System MK-160 Mod 19

Provide system/equipment configuration and operational support for all deployed baseline AEGIS and SSDS variants

An additional four years (14 years total) of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

Candidates with Armed Forces, college courses or Associate Degree, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Documented experience with presenting material to senior division and program leadership and other government officials

Proven experience with analyzing business process or process documentation to identify areas of improvement and efficiency

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, education, science, or an engineering discipline is preferred

5-7 years professional experience supporting submarine acquisition, maintenance, or operations

Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred: Recent experience with submarine shipbuilding and maintenance workforce trades

Works with multiple stakeholders across the region to expedite evaluation and funding of SIB efforts.
