5+ years medical device sales experience, Telehealth preferred, with a track record of exceeding quota

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Manage inbound calls related to alarm system issues

Excellent computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Respond to alarm signals to ensure the protection of lives and property in a timely manner

Dispatch law enforcement or service vendors related to alarm system issue

Ability to type 40 plus WPM

Organizational, decision-making, time management, project management and leadership skills

Manage a team of quality monitoring specialist that will lead in the monitoring and coaching of our crew

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-3 years of experience

2+ years of directly related guest service experience and/or quality role

Proven work experience as a high performer, strong collaborator and/or team leader

Analytical skills (basic understanding of data analysis)

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Experience in donor-funded projects, international organizations, or public institutions, preferably within the anti-corruption context.

Strong analytical, communication, diplomatic and interpersonal skills;

Providing input into statements of work for evaluations and monitoring and evaluation plans.

Providing formal and informal reports on the findings.

Designing scientific rigorous impact evaluations that conform with USAID's Evaluation Policy.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Perform proactive and reactive monitoring of all systems components using various network management and monitoring tools available including SMARTS.

Provide timely and accurate customer and management notifications for systems outages using available notification systems.

Equivalent combination of knowledge and specialized experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.

Provide input for the Knowledgebase.

Two of the following certifications required: CCNA, Network+ or MCSA

Collaborate and coordinate with federal, state and local government partners in HSEMD’s delivery of FEMA’s Public Assistance federal grant program.

Monitor subrecipient performance to ensure progress and compliance. Perform monitoring activities including desk reviews and site visits.

Develop specific reports and draft correspondence in response to verbal and written inquiries concerning the Public Assistance grant program.

World-class customer service and interpersonal skills.
