Strong written and verbal communication skills

5+ years people management experience within a product insights analyst, product specialist, product support, or similar, relevant work experience

Knowledge of the products we offer, bonus experience as a Host

8+ years experience in a Product Insights, Research, Operations/Customer or Product Support related role or similar, relevant work experience

Experience coaching and developing a team of direct reports

Strong communication, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

Work with management to develop and apply effective risk management processes and controls.

Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in visualization/dashboarding or analytics, data process automation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels

Experience working with teams of technical professionals in a cross-functional environment

Strong experience with business intelligence and data mining tools such as Tableau and Tableau Server, Alteryx, R

Location: DC Metro Area preferred, but remote candidates in select US states will be considered.

Conduct consumer market research surveys to uncover key insights that will shape the way our clients activate these consumer segments

Perform in depth data analysis to surface insights to be used for strategic recommendations

Help build “storytelling” insights gleaned from data and research findings

3+ years experience at a top-tier institution or firm in an analysis, scientific, research or consulting role

Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate complex results

Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working in large data sets

Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities

Own the insights to drive the needle moving improvements by working with all organization from engineering to design

Help develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels

Experience with gathering and documenting end-to-end requirements. Ability to create Use Cases, User Stories, workflows, and Business Process Models.

5+ years IT/IS business analysis experience. Experience in the professional accreditation or legal industry a plus.

Experience working end-to-end Mobile Applications projects, including app testing and app release cycle

Experience working on IOS and Android applications

Good organizational and project management skills

Has a basic knowledge of research methods and approaches to brand experience research

1+ year of market research experience; Brand research is a plus
