Job Description

Job Title: Insights Analyst


Job Summary:

The Insights Analyst position can be remote or on-site. Analyst must live near any of our corporate office locations (Newark OH, Oaks PA, Nashville TN, Livonia MI, Arden Hills MN, or Phoenix AZ) and have the ability to commute to the office one or more days per week. He or she will focus most of their time finding insightful trends in the data, and then using those findings to help drive data-driven decisions. The Insights Analyst role will be part of the Analytics Department, working alongside Data Scientists and Reporting Analysts. If you are weird, smart, and love data, please apply!



Essential Functions:

  • Present your findings and recommendations to clients on a quarterly basis.
  • The Insights Analyst role is client-facing (50%).
  • Use your data analysis skills to dive into the data and find ways to help clients improve their program.
  • Reviews
  • Perform analyses on some of RevSpring’s largest clients in addition to assisting in proprietary research.

Implementations

  • Discover insightful trends that can be used in whitepapers, case studies and infographics.
  • Insights
  • Participate in client calls and make recommendations, as well as fulfill ad-hoc requests.
  • Support
  • Support other marketing requests as needed.
  • Design holistic consumer communications campaigns and programs and serve as Subject Matter Expert on implementations for both healthcare and financial services clients


Minimum Requirements:

Specific Job Skills:

  • A quantitative whiz who loves data
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others by clearly communicating business and technical issues.
  • A natural sense of curiosity, and an effective problem solver
  • Prior experience working with large, unstructured datasets
  • Proficiency in presenting conclusions and recommendations to clients
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with accuracy and thoroughness – must be extremely detail oriented
  • Self-sufficient, ready to roll up your sleeves, and not afraid of ambiguity


Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

  • At least one year in a client facing role preferred
  • You have experience in other data analysis software(s), this requirement can be waived
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Python, R, or SQL experience required
  • Healthcare experience is helpful, but not required

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
