Track pain points, root causes and identified opportunities

Assimilate and understand large amounts of data to identify trends/themes and extrapolate on data sets for forward-looking solution preparedness

Business acumen to operate effectively across multiple business units

Manage ad hoc analysis requests as needed

3+ years of experience working in CPG data-related/analytics role

Work with the ABP Planning & Insights & Commercial Planning Mgr to drive the integrated, Commercial Planning process at FIFCO USA

Prepare any necessary insights documents required as input for QBR/MBR, and prepare any necessary follow-ups that result from QBR/MBR action items

Support the Commercial Planning Mgr by preparing planning documents, templates, agendas, pre-reads as needed

5+ years people management experience within a product insights analyst, product specialist, product support, or similar, relevant work experience

Knowledge of the products we offer, bonus experience as a Host

Grow the talent on your team through performance management and career development plans

8+ years experience in a Product Insights, Research, Operations/Customer or Product Support related role or similar, relevant work experience

Experience coaching and developing a team of direct reports

Strong communication, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

Strong time management, planning, problem-solving and organizational skills, including the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to a large audience

Location: DC Metro Area preferred, but remote candidates in select US states will be considered.

Conduct consumer market research surveys to uncover key insights that will shape the way our clients activate these consumer segments

Perform in depth data analysis to surface insights to be used for strategic recommendations

Help build “storytelling” insights gleaned from data and research findings

3+ years experience at a top-tier institution or firm in an analysis, scientific, research or consulting role

Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate complex results

Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working in large data sets

Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities

Own the insights to drive the needle moving improvements by working with all organization from engineering to design

Help develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels
