5-15 years experience as either Master Scheduler, Demand Planner, Planner or Scheduler or / in Production Planning, Production Control, Materials Management.

Experience Working with inventory management or warehouse management and some control capacity.

Manage various aspects of Materials Management Function - Manage all production scheduling, planning and production inventories.

Manage aspects of Forecasting - using MS excel. Manage changes in forecasts and change notices in BOM (Bill of Materials)

Supply Chain Manager (Demand Planning)

Bachelor’s degree preferred plus minimum 2 years’ experience in Management, in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated management and training experience of materials management systems.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast requirements working with Production Managers to ensure accurate staffing, and materials exist to meet demand.

Supervise and develop a team of 10 individuals with varying responsibilities within the site Planning and Procurement team.

Manage Dashboards, and Scorecards relative to cost, productivity and on-time delivery.

Manage corrective actions regarding supplier quality defects.

Change Management: Guide team through personal or business transitions

7+ years of work experience within Demand Planning or similar customer facing role

Experience using Sophisticated Planning software tools

Experienced in setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Develop, maintain and troubleshoot reporting tools in PowerBi, Excel, Power Query, SAP, Alytrex, and Crystal

Strong knowledge of supply chain management required.

Knowledge of inventory management required.

Other related job duties as assigned.

5 years of supply chain experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated and GxP environment.

Collaborates with cross functional and global supply chain teams on strategic initiatives and best practices.

Ensure workplace safety and compliance while maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.

Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, exceptional attention to detail, highly autonomous

8+ years of supply chain experience with a good understanding of the end-to-end processes

5+ years of CPG industry experience

Experience in statistical forecasting and Demand Planning

Experience with ERP packages and other relevant IT systems with focus on planning and forecasting

Strong communication & influencing skills

Ability to manage large projects, process improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Design, implement and manage the process and team responsible for demand planning, supply / inventory planning, capacity planning and S&OP.

Experience driving a successful S&OP / IBP process.

Evaluate, select and drive implementation of a planning tool to support the process.

Work with IT consultant to design processes that simplify and enhance business planning

Aggregate and methodically create data sets to support business initiative execution and ERP implementation and management.

Supply chain, forecasting, demand planning, and/or manufacturing experience in education publishing or hands-on learning companies.

5+ years of relevant data analytics experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, demand planning, and/or manufacturing experience.

Demonstrated analytical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

Past experience using CRM, ERP, and data visualization systems, notably Salesforce, NetSuite, and Tableau
