Help build and generate internal reporting on invoice aging, matter management, forecasting, firm reviews, and alternative fee agreements

Provide project support, reporting and analysis as requested in relation to outside counsel management and legal operations

Resolve complex billing issues by working across multiple teams within PayPal, such as Accounts Payable, Finance, and Tax

5+ years of work experience in a legal billing environment; experience working with large in-house legal team preferred

High level of professionalism and exceptional client service skills

Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization

Lead management of US centric Law Department subscriptions, keeping payments and roster lists up-to-date.

5+ years working experience preferably in a global or multinational organization

Advanced computer literacy skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Experience with virtual meeting set-ups (incl. webcasts)

2+ years experience in US litigation.

Experience with labor and employment law, TRO's, eDiscovery, and trademark law is a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Handle high-volume employment and trademark matters.

Assist with reporting, gathering metrics, and process improvements.

Interface with the customer systems and custodians to ensure compliance with orders and gather discovery responses.

Experience administering an enterprise-level Contract Lifecycle Management system

Impeccable attention to detail, project management, communication, and prioritization skills

Solid knowledge and experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Manage onboarding and training of new users and oversee and respond to user support and enhancement requests

Assist legal and contracting functions to identify, progress and manage strategic and operational initiatives

Lead efforts in process improvements and other projects that enhance and streamline legal operations processes, education, systems, and tools

Three (3) to five (5) + years of litigation and outside counsel management experience

Lead legal technology initiatives and be responsible for records management and eDiscovery.

Two (2) + years of contract enhancement or vendor management

6+ years of experience in management consulting and/or within law departments or law firms

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Experience researching, purchasing and rolling out new services and technologies

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently, as part of a team, and across teams, specifically IT, Finance, Sourcing, Account Payable, Finance, etc.

Provides support to attorneys for all aspects of client matters, including proofreading, document processing and client relationship management database work.

Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software; superior research skills;

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing;

Six months' corporate office experience preferred
