Learning And Development Program Administrator Jobs

4+ years of experience in Project management, including leading multiple projects simultaneously as well as cross-functional teams

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other HR technologies

6+ years of experience in either L&D, Consulting or HR Operations

Experience collaborating across the organization and influence partners to achieve results

Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting experience

Experience working both independently and in a team environment

Experience teaching in higher education, and conducting workshops, trainings, or other forms of professional development;

Experience in special education or the provision of specialized academic supports for students experiencing challenges;

Excellent technology skills and experience teaching online preferred;

Traditional On Ground or Online class: Remote

Engage in program development and innovation in applied behavior analysis and special education/teacher education;

Monitor students on academic success plans during the semester via email, remote meeting, or on site meetings as recommended;

Experience creating educational training materials with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with focus on grammar, readability, and usability

Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize projects, tasks and deliverables and manage dynamic priorities

Experience with educational training products/learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, PluralSight, Articulate or other learning tools

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years relevant experience; or equivalent experience

Assist business partners in maintaining their specific training and/or job role training requirements by identifying and sharing appropriate materials

Partner closely with Secure Development Lifecycle and Dell PSIRT team on meeting the security champion training requirements

Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
