Qualifications Required for this Position:

Layout, fabricate and install tubing and tub trays.

Read blueprints, schematics and loop drawings and prepare job reports.

Assemble and disassemble all types of electronic process controls, pneumatic controls and hydraulic systems and components.

Calibrate equipment using common calibration procedures and be able to read, interpret, apply and know where to find other procedures.

Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience.

1-2 year(s) prior industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.

This is an hourly role

One year of maintenance experience in an industrial setting (preferred).

One year of mechanical or electrical knowledge (preferred).

Has as strong communication skills.

Basic mechanical understanding and repair.

Basic plumbing and leak repair.

Knows proper use of various hand tools and has their own hand tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Basic computer and report writing skills.

Three years previous machine repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education and training. Previous experience in forklift repair

Earn an additional $2.85 per hour performance incentive - no flat rates!

Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.

Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.

Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.

Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown. Troubleshoots (when necessary). Repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.

Operates machine shop equipment and makes required parts when necessary.

Maintains cleanliness of work area.

Heavy fabrication and welding experience desired

Knowledge of mechanic work desired

High school diploma or equivalent

MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500.00

May require successful completion of specific education, training, or certifications.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, reading and understanding English language work instructions, ANST/IRRSP certification

Preferred Education: A two-year technical or equivalent degree

2nd Shift (Mon - Thur 3:00 pm to 1:20 am), OT as scheduled

Rejects defective parts, and notifies appropriate personnel when a product fails to meet standards.

Develop and interpret mechanical requirements and figure necessary dimensions

High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an Associates Degree from a technical institution with 2+ years experience

A minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment

PTO time with a carry-over benefit

Practice safe work habits in compliance with all safety rules and regulations

Dismantle, repair and reassemble complex equipment

Operate motorized equipment, including but not limited to scissor lifts, JLGs, fork trucks, etc. (must pass Monogram’s certification program)

Certified Journeyman with 2 or more years of experience in the following trade: Electrical OR

Associates Degree or equivalent in Electrical with at least 2 years of current hands-on working experience

Technical certifications a strong plus

PLC experience. Understanding of PLC logic, performing minor editing and programming changes

Experience working with the following electrical diagrams: PLC logic, process flow diagrams, instrument flow diagrams and/or P&ID drawings

High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.

Good written and oral communication

Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes

Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate

Strong background in mathematics and computer applications to include database management software and PLC/HMI operations.

Strong organization, decision-making, judgment, and team-oriented skills are essential to manage numerous projects of variable complexity.

Manage the site test instrument standards program.

Minimum three (3) years of controls, automation, instrumentation and/or electrical experience

Associates degree in a technical discipline, completion of a technical school program, or equivalent formal technical education

State accredited Journeyman or Professional certification from a nationally recognized body such as the Instrument Society of America (ISA)

Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Implement methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining building and facilities to identify and address recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts.

Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair.
