Food Service Team Leader Jobs

Supporting key clients as determined by Customer Service Manager

Assist Account Manager’s with questions and resources as needed

Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of health insurance

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Must have recent experience in the health insurance industry

Knowledge of retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, freshness and quality, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies

Skills in recruiting, selecting and talent management of hourly team members and leaders

Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest first culture on your team

Experience in setting and planning department(s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and managing a team to deliver on sales goals

Knowledge of the competition; leveraging insights to drive business objectives

Experience managing a team of hourly team members and leaders and creating business specific strategies and goals

Excellent leadership & management experience and communications Skills

Assists Project Managers with subcontractor management

Assists Project Managers with contract asset planning

Coordinates equipment service calls with Food Service Vendor/Procurement Manager when required.

Ensures all contract requirements are being met when actively managing a site

Possess a current manager level ServSafe certificate or equivalent federally recognized health and sanitation program

Lead team onboarding and learning and close knowledge and skill gaps through training and experiences

Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture on your team

Experience leading a team of hourly team members; including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent

Follow proper perishable inventory management procedures to ensure an accurate recording of inventory

Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications

Skills in planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
