Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant

Conduct a medical / social history interview

The schedule is provided 3 weeks in advance

Saturdays are in rotation and shifts generally end between 2-3pm at the latest.

Occur within a 16-county radius

Meets the minimum required outbound calls per day and per week, as specified by management.

Associates degree required or equivalent experience. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required

Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales and/or customer service.

Strong verbal/telephone communication skills with a focus on reaching decision -makers.

Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment.

Manage company databases and keep them up to date

1+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner

Registered Behavior Technician Certification (If you do not have this, we can help you get it!)

Experience with HR systems, case management systems, etc. preferred

Answers Human Resources and Talent Acquisition related inquiries via phone, email, and case management system

Provides customer service to Aramark candidates, employees, managers, etc.

Intakes and triages inquiries related to Payroll, Employment Relations, Benefits, etc. as necessary

Assists candidates and hiring managers with troubleshooting the hiring process, background check, and onboarding processes

Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

40 hours of BCBA Supervision signed off (for RBT Certification)

40+ hours of paid behavioral training

Mileage reimbursement driving in between clients

Playful, friendly, sociable, and quick on your feet!

Ability to lift 75-90 lbs frequently
