Physical Agility Testing – for Safety Positions

Oregon Administrative Rules: Knowledge and experience interpreting complex rules

This position is a management service supervisory position and is not represented by a union.

Long Term Care settings: Demonstrated experience in LTC settings, whether in a leadership or administrative role.

Research: Experience with triaging and investigating complaints

Communication: Strong communication skills: listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal with an emphasis on conflict resolution, team building, and employee recognition.

Supervise the inspection, coordination with, and monitoring of Community Based Care facilities to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and investigate complaints.

Monitors and promotes effective utilization of healthcare resources through clinical variance and benefits management

Participate in meetings with providers to inform them of Care Management services and benefits available to members

Knowledge of local, state & federal healthcare laws and regulations & all company policies regarding case management practices

Knowledge of and adherence to Case Management Society of America (CMSA) standards for case management practice

Strong organizational and time management skills

Case Management Certification is highly preferred

Managerial and supervisory experience on a professional level.

Comprehensive knowledge of Developmental Disability population including co-occurring issues, services including DD waiver, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge of government contracting requirements and ability to implement procedures for compliance.

5 years of experience working with DD population.

5 years of experience in comprehensive interagency program/system development and managing the provision of services.

5 years pf supervisory experience in clinical supervision of professional staff from multiple disciplines.

Strong HR systems knowledge (i.e., APS; ADP; applicant tracking system; HR management system)

BA/BS Degree (Advanced Degree Preferred) Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

8-12 years Human Resources related experience

Prior experience leading, mentoring, and coaching high performing team

Experience working within a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment is preferred

Demonstrated leadership experience in the HR Business Partner role.

You have 5+ years people management experience, team of at least 4 people preferred

You have experience with order management and tracking systems and routing customer deliveries

Manage and direct employees including managing performance reviews, setting compensation, developing personal development plans, and day to day performance management

Develop and drive department initiatives, promote the company and department vision, manage expectations of the team, and remove obstacles

Manage the hiring process with HR which includes reviewing resumes, conducting face-to-face interviews, and making hiring decisions

You have a bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent of 4+ years of related professional experience
