10+ years of experience as a user experience designer

A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating effective user-centered design solutions with measurable results

Ability to create interactive experiences with prototyping software

Experience designing for considerations including accessibility, scale, growth, discovery, localization, and personalization in the beauty category

Visual and digital illustration skills

Review and organize collected data building information, characteristics, interviews, and other ethnographic data

Document the design, thermal and fluid dynamic modeling, simulation, and engagement processes, and the results from those activities

Illustrate typologies, construction, assembly details, and other design concepts; consider DEI and population groups, such as women and youth

Conduct desk research around the material and design ecologies of the regions

Basic planning and visual design to explain the relationships between heat, health, climate, and the built environment

Additional experience in administrative duties, recruiting office management, project management, process improvement, customer service or related field

Grow, refine, and improve our participant panel management so that we can quickly launch research studies

Location: Remote but able to work PST or CST Hours

Hourly Rate: $40-47 per hour, based on experience

Proactively manage intake requests for user research studies, reviewing, triaging and updating its status

Manage additional research resources such as training materials, playbooks, panel FAQs, etc.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Experience working with business, technical and design guideline constraints.

Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience in defining research criteria, leading, or participating in user research, and providing analysis and direction to key stakeholders.

Master's degree in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, focus groups and surveys.

3 years of relevant product research experience, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting.
