Détenteur d'un permis de conduire valide de classe AZ avec bon dossier de conducteur;

Au moins 2 ans d'expérience à titre de camionneur;

Excellentes connaissances des pratiques liées au transport;

High school graduate or GED and 3 year's experience in a customer service solutions-oriented environment.

Experience operating in a Windows and Microsoft Office environment required.

Preferred customer service experience in the following industries:

Perform phone/email outreach to Client vendors and business partners to resolve service issues.

Identify, understand, and anticipate customers' unexpressed needs and concerns in a caring manner.

Well-developed critical thinking and analytical abilities, and time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgement skills.

Knowledge in call center production metrics and management.

Perform data entry and appointment confirmation.

NextGen electronic health record software and Cisco telecommunication system experience a plus; Microsoft proficiency with a focus on spreadsheet creation preferred.

Repairs of system level problems (which have multiple causes and for which no standard procedures exist) at customer sites.

Represents the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer happiness with service.

Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.

Provides assistance to Installation Engineer in resolving problems.
