Participate as an active member of the sales team, sharing your experience and knowledge with others.

Maximize the customer experience by presenting a coordinated and efficient One Philips approach with your AM/AE.

Utilize SFDC, Chatter, OneSource, and other tools to share knowledge and develop conversations across Philips.

Support the RSM/AE/AM through informal product training and education.

Develop strong knowledge of markets, competitors, and industry trends for products.

Assisting Account Manager/Account Executive in Driving overall Business and Product Deal Support

Apply knowledges / skills to activities that often vary from day to day

Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function

Make outbound calls to members who are eligible to participate in one of our Health Management coaching programs

Identify appropriate resource (e.g., care management consultant, case manager, supervisor) to respond to member questions

Check level of benefit codes to determine eligibility for program enrollment to determine next steps

Navigate between computer screens and platforms to research information (e.g., medical, clinical, or benefits information)

Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings; and advocate for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.

At least one year of customer service experience.

Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.

Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area.

Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely

Must live within 45 minutes of Van Buren, AR

Two or more years of related work experience, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience

Well-developed research and analytical abilities

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Competent clerical skills and strong attention to detail is necessary for all roles

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to follow defined procedures, policies and precedents

6+ months experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)
