Position will be remote and East Coast based

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + great benefits including 401K with company match

Create the CRM strategy for the brand for the b2b and b2c markets.

3-5 years of email experience, with at least 1 year of experience in email execution.

Ability to effectively manage the workloads of others based on their time and strengths.

Strategic competence and partnership skills are a must.

Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance.

Effective communication skills across the organization. Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships, both internal and external.

College degree or equivalent experience.

Participates in training across all offer platforms to allow for informed guidance and management of the team

Proven effective at project management and have strong organizational skills

5+ years in marketing process management or other relevant business areas. Comfortable measuring and analyzing business KPIs and SLAs.

5+ years of experience in CRM platforms and offer execution.

Solid understanding and experience in digital or marketing offer testing and implementation

Strong organizational skills and effective at working cross-functionally

Advanced experience with campaign management tools and/or an ESP, primarily with Klaviyo and Braze

Customer segmentation and database management experience.

Manage email production process end-to-end through initial ideation, handoff to design, email build and scheduling, segmentation, and deployment.

3-5 years of email marketing experience in the eCommerce industry.

Strong organizational, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills

Experience compiling, analyzing, and tracking data to aid in decision making.

At least three years of people management experience

Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements, e.g. GDPR, CCPA, SOX

Participate as a technically capable “hands on” manager/administrator in the tools you support

Manage and grow an outstanding team of three Application Analysts

Implement technical solutions (e.g. features, integrations, etc.) that align with the functional requirements provided by the business teams you support

Builds and presents high-quality data visualizations, dashboards, presentations, and reports for organization-wide use, including executive management and third parties.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and at least 5-7 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manages lead campaign distribution process across sales, service, and corporate partnership teams.

Queries and builds target audiences for digital marketing efforts and manage email testing strategy.

Experience using Tableau and SQL is a plus.

Strong project management skills with a clear focus on results

Drives the customer experience across channels including email touchpoints; connecting assets, offers, perks and trigger emails

Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience gaining alignment to ideas at all levels.

Strong analytic skills with experience in developing marketing plans by integrating consumer research and a variety of data types and sources.

Manages 1:1 and 1: many CRM calendar

Manages external & internal agency relationships to maximize efficiencies.

Day-to-day management of transactional and flow emails to ensure all copy and creative is up to date with latest drops

Partner with retail operations and go-to-market teams to create, define, and manage clienteling strategy and execution

Manages customer insight projects alongside local Analytics team to steer CRM strategy and support the wider marketing team

Minimum four years’ experience in a CRM / email marketing role

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience writing copy for digital channels, with an excellent grasp of English language and grammar

3+ years B2C, DTC industry experience

Experience in highly regulated industries a plus, i.e. Healthcare, insurance, banking

Experience with Top Tier ESP’s and Deeplinking tools, i.e. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Branch.iocr

Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

Own development, deployment, technical discovery & execution of a range of multi-channel campaigns including, sms, push, email, in-app and web

Assist with architecture and technical evaluation for customer communication solutions
