Overview A Branch Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the branch manager and other staff members. They are responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing meetings. They also provide customer service and handle customer inquiries. Detailed Job Description Branch Secretaries are responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the branch manager and other staff members. This includes maintaining records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and providing customer service. They must be able to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. They must also be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. Branch Secretaries must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. They must also be able to use other software programs as needed. They must be able to type accurately and quickly. Branch Secretaries must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
