Bilingual Inside Sales Account Manager Jobs

Associates degree and/or 2-5 years sales experience in a Call Center.

Above average verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Process orders that meet the requirements set by the client and forward to the client's fulfillment location

Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions regarding features and benefits

Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills

Excellent customer service and listening skills

Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment

Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, customer service, accounting, logistics, and technical support groups.

Update and maintain the current Customer Relations Management database.

Continue education on product advantages to ensure customer loyalty.

Highly effective oral and written communication skills

3 - 5 Years of Direct Technical Sales experience in a Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory experience preferred

CRM Experience a must (Salesforce.com preferred)

Provide an outstanding client experience

Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury, while utilizing internal tools and resources

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
