Establish relationship with Village Board of Trustees including development, education, and management support.

Negotiate or approve contracts or agreements with suppliers, distributors, or other organizational Assures that contracts meet PVM’s risk management standard

Knowledge and experience in critical areas inclusive of housing, senior services, Sales and Marketing, and Wellness initiatives

Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions among departments and sites.

Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings and training opportunities in order to keep informed on current information and skill development.

Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs.

Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision making, and reporting.

Experience and skill in working with a Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will also bring the following skills, attributes, and experiences:

Five years of professional experience in nonprofit, academic, or faith-based organizational leadership.

Knowledge of Utah Public Lands issues and the Colorado Plateau desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Minimum of ten years of experience in management positions with progressively increasing responsibility.

Oversee management of all operational activities and ensure coordination and integration of activities as appropriate.

Life skills courses and computer lab

Excellent communication and relationship building skills through written, oral, and electronic means.

Recreational facilities, including an art studio.

Guide the organization and its internal and external stakeholders through goal setting and prioritizing, long-range planning, and growth.

Pursues a personal program of continuing education in all relevant aspects of the senior living industry as determined appropriate by management.

Minimum of three years managerial experience preferably in the senior living, health care or hospitality industries.

Provides leadership and promotion of the Safety and Risk Management policies.

State of Florida CORE Certification required.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

A background in financial management, including budget preparation, cash flow management, and analysis of financial reports.

Five or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry.

Watershed management experience in an urban environment

3 years of executive management experience in senior living, health care, or the hospitality industry.

Previous experience with directing and supervising a team - Including hiring, coaching, and performance management

Basic computer skills including comfort with Microsoft Office and data entry

Manage the day-to-day operations including service delivery, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, staffing, and sales.

Ensure that the community is operated and managed in accordance with Calyx's policies and values as wells as all governmental regulations.
