Three to Five years’ experience in an administrative role

Assess problems/conditions during workup and accurately documents in medical records.

Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate supply levels.

Responsible for training new clinical staff members within clinic.

Maintains and assists in coordinating clinical coverage within the clinic in conjunction with network leadership team.

Ensure effective office/clinic staff internal tracking of test/procedure results, medication acquisition, missed appointments and adherence to follow-up appointments.

2+ years previous experience working in care management and/or with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)/End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients preferred.
