American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

PALS and ACLS required within 6 months of hire

May be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts or a combination per departmental policy.

Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.

One to two years medical /business office experience.

Computer experience and keyboarding (typing) required.

Experience in healthcare billing, collection, or registration preferred.

Patient Access Representative Position Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent required.

Requires four months on-the-job training.

Previous experience in a customer service or guest facing role.

Previous real estate photography experience preferred.

3 years of clinical nursing experience within specilaity area is required.

Manage capital project implementation, utilizing project management best practices, to ensure interim and final completion dates are attained.

Understanding of project management techniques

Manage multiple capital projects with projected scopes ranging from $0 - $25MM, from start-up to completion.

In the absence of a degree, 5 plus years of related work experience will be considered

Education: High school graduate and or intern preferred

Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal

Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive for results, manage risk, and pivot with changing priorities

Develop and manage important deliverables and deadlines across several different projects

5-7 years of experience in strategy, strategic planning, consulting, or similar field

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (including PowerPoint and presentation skills)

Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including extensive use of Excel

Industry experience in CPG, Foods, or Agribusiness

Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, takes initiative, time management, and be able to handle many tasks

Patient Care Technician Position Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Maryland - licensure issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing

Home health, case management experience with an insurance carrier or HMO and/or Utilization Review and discharge planning experience preferred.
