Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

5 years of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance in Food/Beverage manufacturing industry required.

Practical knowledge of FSMA, FDA, CFIA regulations.

HACCP Certified. SQF Practitioner and PCQI certification are a must.

Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferred.
