Zone Support Supervisor Jobs

Analyze, triage and discuss with product management, engineering and design team members about providing clarity to our customers regarding their inquiries

Fluent in SQL and experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript

Provide support on technical inquiries to our customers through our support channels for our customers in America

Develop technical examples to our customers and provide first-hand technical support

Be available to on-call requests for agreed shifts

Participate with leading open source projects as deck.gl and be part of the data visualization community

Respond to calls for assistance at schools.

Conduct continuous surveillance and patrol of assigned schools.

Assist in maintaining building safety and security through routine/random buildings/ground checks, primarily at assigned schools.

Identify those persons responsible for violations of school rules and regulations or laws.

Report all safety hazards and unsafe conditions to the building administrators.

Assist with fire drills and other emergency evacuations.

Discuss technology in simple, every-day terms; manage multiple clients and open tickets simultaneously.

US Citizenship is a requirement of this position in accordance with 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(2)(C)

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical support. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) support experience is required.

Hands-on experience on Linux systems and administration.

Experience with log analysis for troubleshooting and problem identification..

Models relationship-building skills in all interactions.

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

High School Graduate or GED required with at least 2 years’ experience working with young children.

Must obtain certification in Basic Life Support, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen through the YMCA upon hire.

Provides direct supervision to staff during the shifts in Kid Zone.

Maintains regular, clear, and concise communication within area of responsibility.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Grocery, mass or drug store experience preferred

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be capable of facing and rectifying challenges, use independent judgment, and exercise discretion as needed

Work closely with Zone Director/ Zone Leads to ensure they have a complete understanding of all client projects and directives

Responsible for tracking progress, following up on any late completions to ensure we are meeting client deadlines.

Manage zone seat fill rates for EV Certifications, Love Encore STAR Academies, Retailer Driving Programs, and other Zone/Local engagements

Maintain certification in all Sales/Fixed Operations Brand, Product, Technology, and Skills Courses.

Must be approved as an “Authorized Driver” by Risk Management to operate vehicles prior to vehicle operation.

Prioritizes District/Retailer needs for most effective execution of product training, sales process training and customer experience improvement.

Contribute to ensuring overall customer experience improvement initiatives through training support and collaboration with Customer Experience Teams.

Manage Zone training budget to support training and promotional needs.

Excellent organization and time management skills, highly successful at handling multiple priorities.

Communicates national and regional incentive programs and sales challenges to retailers and District Managers.

Strong interaction with Regional Marketing Manager.

Ability to effectively manage multiple budgets.

Strong interpersonal and leaderships skills; respectful, positive and professional demeanor, team player, excellent negotiator and mediator, initiates the exchange of ideas.

Outstanding customer focus skills; customer first, ethical, positive/productive relationships.

Job Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience Requirements

Demonstrated track record of project management skills.

Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including leading a team, preferred.

Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management and ability to instill confidence with internal and external key stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent time management, analytical and listening skills.

Job operates remotely from home office location, with occasional travel to hospital/medical environment.

Provides feedback to the Winners’ Zone Supervisor/Manager regarding status and concerns of VIP players and Winners’ Zone needs.

Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.

Assist in the successful day to day operation of the Winners’ Zone.

Responsible for following all cashiering policy and procedures as they relate to the operation of the retail shop.

Evaluates guests’ play for comping needs.

Authorize and issue player comps.

4-year automotive management degree or equivalent work experience

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.

Demonstrated proficiency in managing associates remotely

Marketing experience as it relates to express service metro market campaigns and parts / accessory sales improvements at the dealership level
