Zoho Crm Consultant Jobs in Iowa

Provide administration and support for Zoho applications, including user management, security settings, and troubleshooting issues

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices

Develop, customize, and configure Zoho applications to meet business requirements

Implement and manage Zoho application integrations with third-party systems, utilizing API and webhook technology

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose solutions that leverage Zoho applications

Keep up-to-date with Zoho product updates, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team

Maintain technical/professional currency and share knowledge with others.

3-5 years of experience with Slate CRM

A minimum of 3 years of IT consulting experience and/ or hands on technical or functional experience in practice area

Write and maintain technical specifications/documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions regarding CRM and integrated systems.

Attend both internal and external meetings and trainings.
