Significant involvement with the sport and/or experience officiating

Age 16 years or older

Fair, direct and agreeable attitude

2-4 years of experience in revenue generation, marketing and/or relationship building.

Solid oral and written communication skills with strong customer service standards.

Strong presentation skills – both in-person and digital.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of US Youth Soccer programs, policies, procedures and protocol is preferred.

Develop sales plans, presentations, proposals and other supporting material to pursue teams, clubs & leagues, college coaches and commercial partners.

Experience of working within a player development framework and knowledge of its key components;

Desire to pursue formal coach education qualifications and informal learning opportunities;

Possess suitable knowledge and understanding of team/age/level of players;

An organized and reliable person with strong communication abilities;

Attendance at key pre-season coach education events (Fall & Summer) as a minimum;

Be proactive and timely in advising key stakeholders of team arrangements and matters concerning logistics;

Officiating and/or playing experience preferred.

Prior customer service experience preferred.

Ability to handle participants, team managers and/or coaches under difficult game situations.
