Strong interpersonal skills to deal with children, directors and parents

Weekday hours, approx. 20-30 hr/week with potential for Full Time as the company grows (occasional weekends may be required)

Preferable having a sports related background

Will be leading sports/fitness classes for children 2- 12 years old

Leadership experience and a passion to help others work diligently and stay safe!

Youth Supervisor has work experience in the field of agriculture.

5:30am – 3:30pm Monday through Saturday - It's a 6-day/week schedule!

Schedule may vary due to harvest logistics, weather, and fruit maturity.

Estimated to start June and end approximately late-August.

Assist supervisor with instruction, training, and supervision of youth in designated areas.

One (1) year of previous referee/umpiring, playing or coaching experience is preferred.

Ability to handle participants, team managers and/or coaches under difficult game situations.

In addition to the knowledge and ability qualifications for Sports Official-Scorer I:

Enforce appropriate official rules and regulations of games; maintain knowledge of recreation and sports event rules and regulations.

Keep score of games; maintain knowledge of recreation and sports event rules and regulations.

Basic knowledge of scoring techniques in seasonal sports.

Experience playing, scoring and/or officiating team sports.

One season of experience in subject area.

Prior knowledge and experience in delivery of pickleball instruction

Manage all equipment including, but not limited to set up and take down of class equipment

Demonstrated ability to develop and teach skills and competency at individual and group level lessons

Plan, organize and lead progressive sport activities for all participants

Lead with enthusiasm and positive motivation

Organize and maintain program records including, but not limited to attendance records, rosters, etc.

Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience

Serves as the "group leader" in guiding the group interaction process.

Interacts critically and constructively with staff members to develop and implement successful treatment techniques.

Keeps staff informed of significant behavioral conditions known about an individual and/or the group.

Ability to work a variety of shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime; and the ability to respond to crises situations.
