Youth Soccer Referee Jobs in Colorado

Significant involvement with the sport and/or experience officiating

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days

Age 16 years or older

Fair, direct and agreeable attitude

2-4 years of experience in revenue generation, marketing and/or relationship building.

Solid oral and written communication skills with strong customer service standards.

Strong presentation skills – both in-person and digital.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of US Youth Soccer programs, policies, procedures and protocol is preferred.

Develop sales plans, presentations, proposals and other supporting material to pursue teams, clubs & leagues, college coaches and commercial partners.

?Arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled game time.

?Assist other Rifle Recreation staff with any setup and tear down needed.

?Officiate boys and girls youth basketball games.

?Check the court for any hazards or wet sports and ensure the ball is appropriately inflated.

?Remain unbiased while officiating all games and avoid verbal contact with spectators.

Officiating and/or playing experience preferred.

Prior customer service experience preferred.

Ability to handle participants, team managers and/or coaches under difficult game situations.

Develop and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with staff and the public.
