Overview The Youth Services Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of youth services programs and activities. The Director works with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure that youth services are provided in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. The Director also works to ensure that youth services are accessible to all members of the community. Detailed Job Description The Youth Services Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of youth services programs and activities. Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred

• At least three years of experience in youth services

• Experience in program development and management

• Experience in budgeting and financial management

• Experience in staff and volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
